What says Fall in Fort Collins? Local beer, beer tastings, and beer flavored recipes!

Join us for a fun evening of cooking beer-infused autumn recipes with pairings from CooperSmith’s Pub and Brewing. Come hungry, as there will be plenty to eat! Learn how to use craft beer in classic recipes, including:

  • Green Chili
  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Beer-Battered Fish
  • Pumpkin Spice Cake

Cooking with Beer Cooking Class

About Our Cooking Classes:

Our cooking classes are designed to improve your kitchen confidence and nutrition knowledge with tips, skills, handouts and recipes provided by the registered dietitian nutritionists of the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center. All recipes are tested for taste, ease, and maximum nutrition before your class, and you get to eat your fill.

Due to the nature of planning and shopping, no refunds are provided if attendee cancels less than 1 week in advance.
