Diabetes in the Kitchen Workshop

If you have diabetes or prediabetes, either newly diagnosed or in need of an overview, this program is for you! Our curriculum provides a comprehensive (and understandable) overview of diabetes, tips and guidelines for taking control, and best practices for diet, activity, and self-management. Your journey then takes you from the classroom to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class and delicious dinner. Taught by registered dietitian nutritionists.
