Participants become empowered to take care of themselves while learning meal planning, portions, and how to make healthful food choices. If you have diabetes or prediabetes, either newly diagnosed or in need of an overview, this program is for you! Our curriculum provides a comprehensive (and understandable) overview of diabetes, tips and guidelines for taking control, and best practices for diet, activity, and self-management.
