Since 2008, the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center has inspired thousands of Colorado residents to eat better and live more healthful lives. We continue this education and engagement by inviting nutrition experts to share their passion and knowledge with the public.

The objectives of this series are to address current food and nutrition topics and trends, and offer realistic, practical guidelines for translating and implementing science-based information.
