Self-Paced Program cost $75
Meet with one of our registered dietitians to assess your current eating and lifestyle habits. From there we will help you set realistic goals for behavior change, and give you the tools to reach them. Your one-hour session includes body measurements; diet assessment; meal planning, shopping and cooking tips; nutrition education related to your individual needs; and plenty of specific recommendations.
